These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoodAI website, documentation, and application (the "Service"), operated by Good AI Tech Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17249425), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU ("GoodAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Crypto trading is risky. Automated trading can lose money, including your entire balance. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or tax advice. You trade entirely at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions.
1. What GoodAI is
GoodAI is a non-custodial platform for automating and placing crypto trades on third-party exchanges that you connect using your own API keys. We never take custody of your funds. Your assets remain in your own exchange accounts at all times, and the API keys you connect cannot be used to withdraw funds. GoodAI is a software tool, not a broker, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use crypto trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all laws and the terms of the exchanges you connect.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and second factors.
- We strongly recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (TOTP or a passkey).
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Exchange connections and your keys
You must connect API keys that have withdrawal permission disabled; we reject keys that can withdraw. You are responsible for the accuracy and permissions of the keys you provide and for complying with the terms of your exchange. GoodAI executes the instructions configured by you and your bots; you remain responsible for those instructions and their results.
5. Trading risk and no advice
- The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Strategy templates, backtests, and any AI features are tools, not recommendations.
- Past performance and backtest results do not guarantee future results. Markets are volatile and you may lose money.
- You are solely responsible for the configuration of your bots and orders and for monitoring them.
6. Subscriptions, fees, and trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis via our payment processor. New accounts may receive a time-limited trial; trial limits (including any live-trading notional cap) are described on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; on cancellation you keep paid features until the end of the period already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. Fees are exclusive of any exchange trading fees, which are charged by your exchange. All fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or downgrades, except where a refund is required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes, market manipulation, or fraud.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
- Use the Service to breach the terms of any connected exchange.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (including exchanges), or events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by GoodAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
10. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodAI accepts no liability for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to you, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
